JUPITER CHRISTIAN SCHOOL – If you are feeling tired and just not feeling yourself, it might be just because of sleep. Sleep is crucial for teens and especially teens who play sports. If you play sports and you want to excel, you should pay attention to your sleep schedule. An average teen should get 8-10 hours of sleep and most teens don’t meet that expectation. Just going to bed earlier could change your whole day. This could make you more productive throughout the day and in school it could make you focus more and overall could make your grades better. All in all, just making the effort to fall asleep a little earlier could change your whole day.
