Seniors, your first yearbook deadline of the year is TODAY! Please submit your baby and child pictures to the Senior Class Page on Canvas. Please see Mr. Fields if you have any questions.
The Senior Retreat will be on Monday, September 15. All seniors should check their emails for some important waivers to sign. You will be heading to Camp Impact and signing the waivers is required to participate.
Are you interested in serving on our student-led worship team or AV/Tech team? Visit Canvas and click the link to learn more and apply. Worship team applications will include a 1–2-minute video of you playing or singing a worship song.
Students, if you are interested in signing up for open gym times with Coach Martinez, please scan the QR codes over the water fountain in the main gymnasium.
JCS is currently conducting a Food Drive through September 12. Help us fill the weekend gap with easy food items that are already wrapped and shelf stable for kids to eat. Leave food items in the front office. Our goal is to raise 100 pounds of food for kids in need.

Women’s Varsity Volleyball is in tournament action tonight! Our Lady Eagles will be battling hard—let’s cheer them on and wish them the best. Go Eagles!
On Saturday…
Varsity Cross Country is on the move! Our Eagles will be competing at Dr. García High School’s meet, held at South County Regional Park. Let’s wish our runners the best as they race for the finish line.
Varsity Swimming dives into action this Saturday! Our Eagles will be competing in an all-day tournament at Westminster Academy. Let’s cheer them on as they race for the win—good luck, swimmers!
Finally, our Women’s Varsity Volleyball team is back on the court for day two of their tournament. The action runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Play hard, Ladies, and fight for victory!
Our Student of the Day is Bryan King aka BK! He is an amazing athlete – truly a legend on the Football field. He is also a dedicated student and super funny. Every class is a blast with BK there.
Today’s Teacher of the Day is Mr. Silvestri! He’s a dedicated teacher and coach who pours excellence into JCS every single day. Beyond the classroom and the field, he works tirelessly behind the scenes to make our school the best it can be. Thank you, Mr. Silvestri—we appreciate you!
