JUPITER CHRISTIAN SCHOOL – There are many ways to be healthy but the best way is to eat good food. What I mean is to eat healthy foods like organic food and not eating junk food. Another way to be healthy is to work out. If you work out and eat good food you can be in good shape. Along with eating lean proteins, whole grain foods, and low carbs and high protein, you can also go on daily runs or every other day runs to maintain good cardio and stamina. Overall, working out, eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can keep you in good shape.
