JUPITER CHRISTIAN SCHOOL – R.E.A.C.H. Week is designed to allow you to serve your community and gives you the opportunity to learn in places outside of school. During R.E.A.C.H. Week, there are multiple options to choose from. Each one has a special meaning and purposes to allow students to learn from professionals at different places.
Tori Zawadzki was interviewed on this topic and gave a great amount of information. Last year, there was a ton of options for R.E.A.C.H. Week. Tori decided to do Disney’s Magic Kingdom with Ms. Herrera and Pastor Charlie. Tori enjoyed it a lot because the writing aspects were very educational and at the end, they got to go to Magic Kingdom at Disney World. They would write stories on the Disney characters and then they got to go to Disney to meet them.
Tori then went on to share that the whole event went on for a week straight full of adventures. There were six total options to choose from, and Tori thinks this one was the best choice. If she could’ve chosen any other option, it would be the Orlando Missions Trip because it gave them automatic community service hours and you got to connect with homeless people and got to listen to their advice and stories.
This year, Tori is doing the Orlando Missions Trip. She thinks this year’s R.E.A.C.H. Week is going to be a lot better because she thinks the Orlando Missions Trip is going to be more fun and she gets to spend time with her friends and gets to get a dorm with them. She chose this because she wants to connect with people in need and be given wise advice.
According to Tori, R.E.A.C.H. Week is all about reaching and connecting with people and experiencing new opportunities with her classmates. Tori is very excited for this year and wants to encourage you to participate in fun R.E.A.C.H. Week activities to connect with your classmates and others.
