JUPITER CHRISTIAN SCHOOL – Three years ago at Jupiter Christian School the Middle School Student Body President Ella Sobocinski had the idea of making a dance for the Middle School. Today, this milestone has continued to happen for every Middle School student who attends JCS.
Jake Lovelady is an 8th grader who attended the Winter Ball. He is also taking the MS Yearbook class with some others who came with him. During the dance, the Yearbook students would take turns working the photo booth. Although this seemed reasonable, Jake stated, “The time where I had to work in the photo booth, all the good songs were playing.”
This year’s Winter Ball was very distinct from the previous two considering the dance was held inside rather than outside. This event was also set up very similar to the Homecoming Dance for High School.
If this process is continued, this will help make events much more efficient for JCS. With all these events happening and the school year coming to an end, Jake Lovelady had to add, “As I’m having all these events and days passing before my eyes, I have realized that my middle school years are coming to an end with many new and old memories to come.”
Although this experience happens to many people, Jake can only hope that his JCS life will prosper greatly for him and all JCS students.
