JUPITER CHRISTIAN SCHOOL – As JCS has been improving and welcoming more students each year, the Athletic Department of JCS has included more sports to be played and has been recruiting more student athletes. The JV Women’s Softball team was added back to JCS this year. Our new Chemistry teacher, Mr. Spingler, is the coach for the girls. Mr. Spingler explained, “The girls are a very exceptional group of young ladies, and it has been an honor working with them.”

Mr. Spingler was offered a job at JCS from having a close friendship with Dr. Cohen, the President of our school. Mr. Spingler said, “I am very excited for our upcoming game today (April 26, 2023) and I hope to win our final game with a blowout.” The JCS Softball team is made up of 12 players spanning from middle school all the way to seniors. Aside from this odd pairing of a team, the girls had a very successful season with a 4-4 record.

Mr. Spingler says, “In the near future, I can see myself continuing to work at JCS as a teacher and a coach for the JV Softball team.”

Experiences like this bring more community to JCS students, teachers, and faculty. This may bring more people to find God’s word in sharing these activities together in our Christian Community.
