JUPITER CHRISTIAN SCHOOL – BOOM! The seniors clash against the juniors in competition to prove who is the best!

Coaches Manny Villar and Gideon Douglas had this to say about the team during practice week. ‘The team is coming together well with quarterback Lauren Rice helping lead the team alongside top playmakers like Sydney Cariero and Deborah Cohen. We are coaching this team to be disciplined and united.”

Meanwhile the juniors were practicing to counter the seniors’ speed. Coaches RJ Wilkerson and Cayden Alula had this to say about their team. “The seniors have really good weapons. They bring a lot of speed and have a quarterback with a good arm but we are not worried about that; we just have to play football. We have playmakers of our own and we are confident in them to get the job done.”

The seniors ended up getting the job done with a strong win with a score of 12-7. Playmakers Sydney Cariero and Deborah Cohen had a touchdown of their own with Sydney running the ball in the end zone to start the game off strong and with Deborah Cohen receiving a dump pass from quarterback Lauren Rice and taking it 55 yards to the house.

The juniors followed that back with a touchdown run with Kenzie Leysock taking it to the house. They followed it up with a one point conversion pass from Lily Gallagher. The seniors ended up running the clock out and winning the game with a knee.
