JUPITER CHRISTIAN SCHOOL – On Saturday, March 30, 2024, some of the football players had a blast setting up the eggs all over the football fields, which were divided into three sections for different age groups, ranging from really little kids to the older kids.
This event began in the morning at 8:00 am and lasted until 10:30 am. Once the event was completely set up, the kids could roam free to begin searching for eggs. Elliot Wilkins, a sophomore at Jupiter Christian, was offered the opportunity to dress up as the Easter Bunny for the Easter Egg Hunt. He suited up in the bunny costume, hopped out, and interacted with the kids, taking photos and dancing with them to bring joy to their Easter Egg Hunt experience.
Each age group had its turn in the fields, with the little ones going first and the older kids following suit. It was amazing to see the joy on their faces as they hunted for eggs, and to see them show off the eggs they collected to their friends and family. To add to the fun, Christian music played in the background of the hunt, spreading worship throughout the event.
The football players had to set up the eggs carefully, ensuring that each group had a fair amount of eggs to find, scattering them across the field. Elliot shared that as the Easter Bunny, he had the pleasure of interacting with the children, creating memorable moments as they posed for pictures and dancing with them to the Christian music. It was an incredible experience, seeing the kids being filled with joy and excitement at the thrill of running across the field searching for Easter Eggs to find.
Overall, the event was a very memorable for everyone, and each age group was able to enjoy the Easter Egg Hunt. The joyous environment and the fun memories the children made, resulted in a successful and remarkable Easter celebration.
