Class of 2029

Madelyn Childers is a student journalist who is in the class of 2029 and has been going to JCS since kindergarten. Madelyn doesn’t have very many nicknames, but is often referred to as Mady by teachers, friends, and family. Madelyn has enjoyed playing volleyball with friends for a season, as well as enjoying the Cheer Team and she hopes to continue into high school. Madelyn also appears in school musicals, and is one of the few middle school students on the worship team. Outside of school, Madelyn participates in dance classes at Just Dance, Inc. She also volunteers occasionally at the classes there for younger children. After Madelyn graduates, she hopes to go into show business as both a performer as well as a script writer. Madelyn’s favorite verse is Proverbs 31:25, “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.”
