Good morning JCS!
Welcome to the last Wednesday of The Morning Show! It has been an incredible year, and we look forward to what the new Morning Show crew has in store for us next year.
There is no chapel or advisory today. Instead, everyone should head to the gym at 11:30 for our Yearbook Dedication Ceremony. Our recipients this year are very special and have strong connections to both our Junior and Senior classes. We encourage all students, including seniors and AP students, to attend this important ceremony.
Following the ceremony will be our Spring Pep Rally and Powderpuff Volleyball game between our Juniors and Seniors. We look forward to seeing everyone there.
Yearbook distribution begins for seniors today after the ceremony. Junior and Sophomore yearbooks will be available next Monday, May 11 during PRT and Freshman yearbooks will be available next Tuesday, May 12.
Teachers, tomorrow is the senior walk, senior chapel, and senior luncheon. We will be following a special schedule all day. Please see your email for Mr. Dickens for details.
AP Testing continues today. Please be extra quiet in the halls during these important assessments. If you are scheduled to take a test, please make sure you are on time and prepared.
Faculty and Staff appreciation week continues today! Please take some time to thank your teachers and our hardworking staff members for everything they do for our school.
Freshman Serve Day is this Friday. Please make sure all wavers are submitted and see Mr. Richardson with any questions.
In Sports…
Varsity Cheer tryouts continue today from 3:30 to 5:00 in the ATC.
