Good morning, JCS!!
Today the Seniors are off campus for their Retreat at Camp Impact. We hope they have fun, and we look forward to seeing them back on campus tomorrow.
High School Map testing begins today and continues throughout the week in your core classes. Please see your teachers for their specific testing schedule and make sure you are well rested for these important assessments.
Teachers, please continue to check student ID lanyards daily. Students, please continue to wear your ID every day. Any student without an ID should be sent to student services to purchase a new one.
The yearbook sales price will increase on October 13. That is less than one month away! If you have not ordered your yearbook yet, please do so soon to avoid the price increase. You can order at Yearbookforever.com.
Students, are you interested in getting both community service hours and sideline access to some of our biggest games? Please see Mr. Fields for details on how you can help collect content at JCS Athletics events – we are especially in need of those who can collect video footage, and volunteers will get to use our new 4K camcorder.
The are no sporting events today. We look forward to seeing our Eagles back in action tomorrow.
Daniel Piraban is the student of the day because he always shows up with a positive attitude and encourages those around him. He’s dedicated to his goals and works hard both inside and outside the classroom. His leadership and kindness make him a role model for his classmates.
Mrs. Kies is the teacher of the day because she goes above and beyond to support her students every day. She brings a good attitude every day, making learning engaging and meaningful and most of all fun.
Have a great day, JCS!
