High School MAP Testing begins today — students, be sure you’re on time and prepared.
Yearbook sales close today. We hope everyone had a chance to purchase. If you did not, the next opportunity to buy will be this May when the yearbooks arrive. Extra yearbooks will be very sold first come first served and will be very limited in quantity.
Our senior prefects are hosting a 3K for childhood cancer on February 7th starting at 8 am. Please sign up via the link on Canvas and invite your friends and family! This going to be an amazing opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
Reminder: Auditions for the JCS High School Talent Show are open now. Submit your 1–2-minute audition video using the link on Canvas and be sure it’s school-appropriate and clearly recorded. Auditions close February 11, so don’t miss your chance to shine!

Men’s Varsity Soccer is also scheduled for today — opponent and details are to be determined, so stay tuned.
Senior Shoutouts continue!
Today’s seniors are Michael Shack and Cale Schialli
Michael, in 5 years at JCS, you’ve shown that it’s possible to take school seriously while still making time for friends and family. As you set your sights on college, medical school, and becoming a radiologist, you’ve modeled what it looks like to work hard and aim high. Shoutout to Mr. Shaw for being a favorite along the way! Your advice to underclassmen says it all: challenge yourself. Keep shooting for the stars, Michael!
Cale, in 3 years at JCS, you’ve made your mark by being a friend to anyone who needed one. Guided by Proverbs 27:17, you’ve shown how encouragement and connection can sharpen others. As you head off to college to discover your calling, keep that open heart and steady faith. Shoutout to Mrs. Hessel and your community at Family Church Tequesta for walking alongside you. And remember your quote: “Be a goldfish.” Learn, move forward, and keep going. We’re proud of you, Cale!
