MIAMI, FL – On September 14, 2025, The Jupiter Christian Varsity and JV Cheerleaders had the opportunity to cheer at the Miami Dolphins game at half time.

Kate Busch, member of the Varsity Cheerleading team, talked about her experience of performing at this game. Kate says, “My favorite part was hanging out with my friends and the Dolphins Cheerleaders.” The Cheerleaders got to spend time with and learn from the experts. Kate described them as very kind and welcoming, and they taught them how to look their best while performing.

The Jupiter Christian Cheerleaders were chosen to perform at the Dolphins game because of their coach. Kate stated, “Our coach, Mrs. Lory, was a Dolphins Cheerleader when she was younger, so she had connections.” Yet, although they had connections, they also are very skilled and talented cheerleaders, so it would make sense for them to be invited.  The team was extremely grateful to have this opportunity, because it was a great chance for advancement and taking the team to the next level.

That weekend, the Cheerleaders traveled down to Miami on Saturday morning, but they did not perform at the game until Sunday afternoon. This gave them free time to enjoy as a team. Kate said, “We had a three-hour long practice on Saturday and that night we went to the Aventura Mall.” The girls learned a lot of beneficial things while at the practice and had great team bonding that night. They had a nice breakfast on Sunday, and then they perform at the game that afternoon. Kate believes that the team performed well at the game and that their hard work paid off.

To conclude, the Jupiter Christian Varsity and JV Cheerleading team had an amazing weekend performing at the Dolphins game at half time. They performed well, had great interactions with the Dolphins Cheerleaders, and had great opportunities for team bonding.
